Course Overview

The TTC 200 Hrs. or TTC 500 Hrs. in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is aimed at producing qualified, trained and holistic Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teaching professionals. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is an ancient system of Hatha Yoga that was taught by Shri. Vamana Rishi in Yoga Korunta. This text was imparted to Sri T. Krishnamacharya in the early 1900’s by his guru Shri.
